Prices and VAT

Force majeure
Late fulfillment of a certain order is possible for reasons of force majeure without this delay implying any responsibility on the part of Think Jewels. In this case, the company informs the customer of the reason for the delay and sets a new time period for completing the order, giving him the possibility to withdraw from the order with a full refund of the price paid.
Order cancellation and product return policy
Cancellation of the order can be done as long as the processing process has not started and at the latest within 24 hours from the time of its registration on the website www.thinkjewels.gr. The cancellation is carried out either by phone (+30 2321 111778), or by e-mail (info@thinkjewels.gr) by sending a relevant request with the subject "Order cancellation" and filling in the order number. The refund of the sale price is made within ten (10) working days from the date of cancellation in a manner corresponding to the method of payment.
Return of a product due to an error in type, size or (excess) quantity in the delivery, actual defect or lack of quality of the product, which is mentioned on the website www.thinkjewels.gr is done at the expense of Think Jewels after a relevant notification from the customer, which will must be submitted within twenty (20) calendar days from the delivery of the product to be returned either by email (info@thinkjewels.gr) or by phone (+30 2321 111778).
If the defect is found, the product will be repaired or replaced at Think Jewels' discretion, otherwise, in the event that the product cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time, the transaction will be canceled and the price paid by the customer it will be returned to him in the same way as it was paid.
The product to be returned due to an error, actual defect or lack of agreed quality must be accompanied by the relevant documents as well as its original packaging (more information in the "Exchanges and Returns" section).
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection, as amended and in force, the customer may withdraw without reason from a contract for the sale of products at a distance within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product by sending to Think Jewels by e-mail the relevant sample letter of withdrawal (link to the letter). After the expiry of the above period, the customer is no longer entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal and Think Jewels has no related obligation towards him.
Upon completion of the aforementioned withdrawal process, the returned product, which must be in its original perfect condition and in its original complete packaging, is either delivered by the customer to Think Jewels headquarters, or sent via courier at the customer's expense. After receiving and checking the returned product and within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, Think Jewels returns to the customer's account the price paid.
Responsibility of Think Jewels from the sale
Think Jewels is bound by the provisions of the Civil Code regarding the sale, as well as the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection, as amended and in force. Think Jewels takes the necessary measures for the smooth, safe and continuous operation of the website www.thinkjewels.gr and is not responsible for any damage caused to the customer by browsing the aforementioned website or using its services, in particular due to applications installed without her knowledge or due to technical problems originating from the server of the service.
